The combination of gin, candied cherry liqueur, lemon and subtle scent of violets offer a fascinating flavor that is otherworldly! Some bartenders prefer to omit the violet liqueur because it can be expensive or difficult to find. However, we’ve made great efforts to find a reputable violet liqueur to make this cake extra special! Inspired by the various colors in the galaxy, this cake is a soft pastel purple with white chocolate chips floating around like little stars.

CAKE MIX INGREDIENTS: Organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, emulsifier; soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), violet gin, cherry vodka, organic dehydrated coconut milk, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-gmo corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), natural lemon flavoring, natural vanilla, sea salt, less than 1% artificial coloring.

SPRINKLES INGREDIENTS: Icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, corn starch, glucose, soya lecithin, gum arabic, carnauba wax, hpmc, modified corn starch, artificial colors (fd&c: red 3, red 40, blue 1, yellow 5, yellow 6, titanium dioxide).
