A classic Italian-Americano cocktail contains Campari and sweet vermouth in equal parts topped with sparkling water. However, we wanted to make this cake more unique, so we tossed in a pinch of maraschino flavor! If you love sweet cocktails with a candied cherry garnish, this cake is for you! You just can't go wrong with a cocktail flavor that's been a crowd favorite since the 1800s.

CAKE MIX INGREDIENTS: Organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar, campari, organic dehydrated coconut milk, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-gmo corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), natural maraschino flavoring, natural vanilla, sea salt, less than 1% artificial coloring.

SPRINKLES INGREDIENTS: Icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, corn starch, glucose, soya lecithin, gum arabic, carnauba wax, hpmc, modified corn starch, artificial colors (fd&c: red 3, red 40, blue 1, yellow 5, yellow 6, titanium dioxide).
