Batida de Coco is a classic Brazilian coconut cocktail that contains intense coconut flavour with a refreshing hit of rum. To make this cake just as tropical yet fun, we've combined shredded coconuts, coconut milk, marshmallows and a heavy dose of white coconut rum to bring all the flavours together. If you're thinking of frosting, we strongly recommend whipping coconut cream with condensed milk for the ultimate experience.

CAKE MIX INGREDIENTS: Organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar, rum, dehydrated coconut, organic dehydrated coconut milk, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-gmo corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), natural coconut flavoring, marshmallow flavoring, natural vanilla, sea salt.
SPRINKLES INGREDIENTS: Icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, corn starch, glucose, soya lecithin, gum arabic, carnauba wax, hpmc, modified corn starch, artificial colors (fd&c: red 3, red 40, blue 1, yellow 5, yellow 6, titanium dioxide).
