Bubblegum was our ultimate guilty pleasure in the past, especially during childhood, and that is why we have made our own bubblegum cake with a quirky twist. The ripe bubbleberry flavour, a shot of Campari and white gin, really makes this cake whimsical. Since it’s an unusual flavour for a cake, we figured we might as well go wild for the color and make it an electric pink to live up to its name!

CAKE MIX INGREDIENTS: Organic wheat flour, organic cane sugar, campari, gin, organic dehydrated coconut milk, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-gmo corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), bubblegum flavoring, natural vanilla, sea salt, less than 1% artificial coloring.
SPRINKLES INGREDIENTS: Icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, corn starch, glucose, soya lecithin, gum arabic, carnauba wax, hpmc, modified corn starch, artificial colors (fd&c: red 3, red 40, blue 1, yellow 5, yellow 6, titanium dioxide).
