Here's an exotic treat that is playful with a whimsical take on the traditional funfetti cake. Green tea has been transformed! The sweet yet creamy vegetal taste from the matcha really makes this cake light, whereas the golden turmeric adds an Ayurvedic kick. Nothing is complete without sprinkles, so we've added a healthy dose of that to make this cake more chirpy!

INGREDIENTS: Organic Wheat flour, organic cane sugar, ruby chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla), organic sunflower oil, organic dehydrated coconut milk, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-gmo corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), organic ceremonial grade matcha, natural vanilla, sea salt.
SPRINKLES (OPTIONAL): Icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, corn starch, glucose, soya lecithin, gum arabic, carnauba wax, HPMC, modified corn starch, artificial colors (fd&c: red 3, red 40, blue 1, yellow 5, yellow 6, titanium dioxide). The sprinkles are always included in a separate packaging, if you want to keep the cake all natural simply omit the sprinkles.
