The subtle yet creamy taste from the pistachio nuts really makes this cake light and so we've paired it with ruby chocolate chips for added decadence. It's not a sundae if it doesn't contain a cornucopia of sprinkles! So, we've made this exotic treat more playful with a whimsical take on the traditional funfetti cake.

- Makes one 6" or 8" round cake or 12 large cupcakes
INGREDIENTS: Organic Wheat flour, organic cane sugar, ruby chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla), organic dehydrated coconut milk, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-gmo corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), natural pistachio flavour, natural vanilla, sea salt.
SPRINKLES (OPTIONAL): Icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, corn starch, glucose, soya lecithin, gum arabic, carnauba wax, HPMC, modified corn starch, artificial colors (fd&c: red 3, red 40, blue 1, yellow 5, yellow 6, titanium dioxide). The sprinkles are always included in a separate packaging, if you want to keep the cake all natural simply omit the sprinkles.
