HEY - IT’S ME, MIC!

Like most of you, I’m a home cook. But my solid understanding of baking science has helped me create scrumptious, simple, easy-to-whip-up treats with a designer’s touch. Sharing what I make and connecting with others is what keeps me cheerful and packed with energy

In 2015, I started writing down recipes for this cookbook project. As I continued to fine-tune my book in 2017, I joined Instagram and began to share my donut creations. 7 years later, now the design and recipes in the book is complete and will be released in 2021.
