IN-PERSON CLASSES & INTERNS

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer any classes. However, you can still get to see behind the scenes and recipe videos from our YouTube channel, where Selva showcases innovative techniques related to baking. Make sure to subscribe because sometimes she also spills the beans on some of the best recipes from the shop!

As for internships, at the moment we are a small company operated by a gang of close-knit friends. We’re not looking to expand since we value quality over quantity and we’re chaotically busy throwing clay, whipping birthday cake batter or tossing sprinkles on frosted cupcakes. However, if you really have burning questions, let us know and we’ll get you in touch!

Our pricing as stated on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We are currently working on opening a cake studio in the future with freshly baked cakes. On the bright side, our online store never closes!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering products from Iconicake, you agree to the following terms and conditions below for: SHIPPING / CHANGING ORDERS / CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS & RETURNS / PRIVACY POLICY.

SHIPPING

Shipping times can vary depending on where you live. If ordering our cake mixes or ceramics online, international orders may be subject to customs and duties. The rules, regulations and rates for import fees can vary for different countries, so please contact your post or customs office for more details. If your package arrives with damaged, contact us with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

We ship Monday-Friday and orders placed on weekends are shipped on Mondays. We ship products with tracking to avoid the event of non-delivery or loss of package. 

Use our shipping rates calculator on our cart page to see if we ship to your area. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during launches, special promotions, and holidays.

CHANGING ORDERS

If you placed an order and would like to change it, please note that we are not able to add, remove, or swap items in existing orders. We are also unable to combine multiple orders.

Instead, you can place a new order with the correct items, and contact us as soon as possible in order to have us cancel your original order. 

CANCELLATIONS

Iconicake reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been completed. We will provide a full refund with a notification via email immediately. On the otherhand, if you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of your order. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you'd like to return a product it must be unused and in its original packaging, we do not cover shipping costs for returns. Therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot accept returns once the packaging seal is broken due to the edible nature of the products. 

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not sell or share your personal information, whether it be your contact or billing information to any 3rd parties. We only use your details to contact you regarding your order and all transactions are processed by our payment partners. If you paid with your credit card, be rest assured that we do not ever store such confidential information. As a matter of fact, your credit card information is not saved. You need to provide your payment information each time you order. 

We only use your personal information to fulfill your order and improve your experience from our website through shipping, delivery or cookies. To include, we may use your personal information to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud and provide you information or advertising regarding our products or services
