Processing Time

We carefully prepare and pack your order within 3–5 business days. As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation so you can track your treats.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

Your order will be delivered by Canada Post or FedEx, depending on what works best for your location. At checkout, you can choose between Standard or Express shipping to get your cake mixes right when you need them.

International Orders

We’re excited to share Iconicake with cake lovers around the world! Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. International delivery times may also vary due to customs processing.

If Something Goes Wrong

We pack everything with love, but sometimes shipping can be a little rough. If your order arrives damaged, email us at inquiries@iconicake.com with clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Our Promise

If your order was damaged in transit, we’ll make it right—either with a full refund or a fresh reshipment, whichever you prefer. Your happiness (and your cake) matter to us!

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. If you are looking to update the address, please send us a note to inquiries@iconicake.com ASAP so we can try to do that for you. Please note if the order is already in the postal system, we are unable to adjust the address and it is your responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.
