Comment le préparer

You’ll need
3/4 cup plant-based or dairy milk
1/4 cup oil


What to do
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk milk, oil and Iconicake's Berry Red Velvet cake mix. Mix until combined. Pour batter into 6 greased or lined muffin tins or 7” cake pan. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes or at least 30 minutes before frosting. Enjoy!

  • Toss in 1/4 cup of berries for some extra fruity goodness

    Beautiful moist cake, & easy to make

    I decorated my cake with low-carb cream cheese frosting. This was my first foray into baking once again, after a stroke 7 years ago & I absolutely loved it. The healthiness of the cake itself was a huge factor, especially when at almost 80 years old, I’m doing my best to avoid diabetes & high cholesterol levels.

    Wow!

    I made this cake for a relative's birthday and it was excellent, super moist and better than any store bought cake. I probably will bake another just for the house dessert as my own sweet-tooth snack.

    Perfect sweetness

    I made this cake for my church dinner. Everyone raved and some said that it was the best red velvet they had ever had. I will make it again. The cake wasn't too sweet.
