How to make it

You’ll need
¾ cup plant-based or dairy milk
¼ cup oil


What to do
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk milk, oil and Iconicake's Berry Red Velvet cake mix. Mix until combined. Pour batter into 6 greased or lined muffin tins or 7” cake pan. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes or at least 30 minutes before frosting. Enjoy!


Need to crush that sweet craving ASAP?
Add 3 ½ tablespoons of cake mix to a mug, then add 2 tablespoons of any milk and 2 teaspoons of oil. Mix well until smooth. Microwave for 50–60 seconds. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy straight from the cup!

  • Toss in ¼ cup of berries for some extra fruity goodness
  • Frost with coconut whipped cream
  • Toss in some white chocolate chips before baking

    Birthday cake!

    Had this mix sitting in my cupboard for months and finally tried it out. It’s absolutely good and I love berries will try chocolate frosting next time.

    It’s red naturally

    I’ve never seen a red velvet cake that contains natural red food coloring. My son loves red velvet cake and now I make these for him, please bring this back in stock ! 🙏💖

    Actually really good

    First saw these on an influencer post and was sceptical but after trying this out, I was surprised. The batter is red and the taste of the muffins are truly delicious very tart and berry-ish. I think the primary flavour was raspberry so we ended up frosting it dark chocolate ganache and it was really really really amazing!!!
