How to make it

You’ll need
3/4 cup plant-based or dairy milk
1/4 cup oil


What to do
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk milk, oil and Iconicake's Berry Red Velvet cake mix. Mix until combined. Pour batter into 6 greased or lined muffin tins or 7” cake pan. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes or at least 30 minutes before frosting. Enjoy!


Want something extra?

  • Toss in 1/4 cup of raspberries for a delightful contrast
  • Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips before baking
  • Swirl in 2 tablespoons of peanut butter before baking
  • Add 1 teaspoon of espresso powder for deeper flavour

    The winner!!!!!

    Makes baking way less overwhelming and so convenient. I adore this brand and what I've tried from them, they all turn out the way their supposed to be and I'm not even a baker!

    Saves me so much time
