How to make it

You’ll need
3/4 cup plant-based or dairy milk
1/4 cup oil


What to do
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk milk, oil and Iconicake's Berry Red Velvet cake mix. Mix until combined. Pour batter into 6 greased or lined muffin tins or 7” cake pan. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes or at least 30 minutes before frosting. Enjoy!


Want something extra?

  • Toss in 1/4 cup of berries for some extra fruity goodness
  • Frost with coconut whipped cream
  • Toss in some white chocolate chips before baking
  • Mix 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest into the batter before baking

    It’s red naturally

    I’ve never seen a red velvet cake that contains natural red food coloring. My son loves red velvet cake and now I make these for him, please bring this back in stock ! 🙏💖

    Actually really good

    First saw these on an influencer post and was sceptical but after trying this out, I was surprised. The batter is red and the taste of the muffins are truly delicious very tart and berry-ish. I think the primary flavour was raspberry so we ended up frosting it dark chocolate ganache and it was really really really amazing!!!
