Expect rich, earthy vanilla layered with warm notes of molasses, cacao, dark caramel, dried fruit, and the subtle elegance of black tea. The Ceylon beans offer soft chocolate and tea-like nuances, while the Indian Malabar beans bring powerful vanilla sweetness and body.

Each bottle contains a whole Malabar vanilla bean, allowing the extract to continue aging and growing in intensity over time. As it matures, the flavors deepen—much like a fine spirit—offering an extract that gets better with every use.

    Excellent for cottage cheese dessert

    I made this high protein cottage cheese frosting and the vanilla was really rich. The cottage cheese frosting was a bit chunky but this is my fault haha but still the vanilla was pretty strong!
