Double Strength Vanilla

Expect rich, earthy vanilla layered with warm notes of molasses, cacao, dark caramel, dried fruit, and the subtle elegance of black tea. The Ceylon beans offer soft chocolate and tea-like nuances, while the Indian Malabar beans bring powerful vanilla sweetness and body.

Each bottle contains a whole Malabar vanilla bean, allowing the extract to continue aging and growing in intensity over time. As it matures, the flavors deepen—much like a fine spirit—offering an extract that gets better with every use.

    The better one!

    I prefer this over the pure vanilla extract since it’s much stronger, but I really appreciated the bean in the bottle as a baker! Made vanilla sugar but please make a mini mother jar!

    We're almost sold out of our vanilla extract. As we look ahead, we're considering introducing a 4 oz refill ("mother") jar to help create a more sustainable option for our customers.     Love the little bean

    I just bought this from Tod Maffin's website and it did not disappoint. The little bean in there looks so fancy. Love supporting Canadian!

    Beautiful product

    It's just vanilla extract with a different experience. Loved the samples! Where can I order the vanilla flakey salt? I got a sample but can't find it on the website.

    Thank you for your feedback! 😊 The flaky salt was actually created as part of a sustainability initiative using surplus ingredients that weren't needed in our first cake mix production run. Selva, our founder, developed a quick formula to rescue those ingredients and transform them into a complimentary sample for our customers to enjoy while it's fresh.
