How to make it

You’ll need
3/4 cup plant-based or dairy milk
1/4 cup oil


What to do
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk milk, oil and Iconicake's Berry Red Velvet cake mix. Mix until combined. Pour batter into 6 greased or lined muffin tins or 7” cake pan. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes or at least 30 minutes before frosting. Enjoy!


Want something extra?

  • Toss in 1/4 cup of berries for some extra fruity goodness
  • Frost with coconut whipped cream
  • Toss in some white chocolate chips before baking
  • Mix 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest into the batter before baking

    Loved it!

    Make a small cake with 3 bags, which was enough to serve 8-12 people. It was so delicious and we felt so good eating them!

    Hands down everyone’s favourite.

    The flavour and texture were amazing and once I added the “butter” cream (vegan icing), and the berry colis, it disappeared almost instantly — I should’ve tripled the batch xD. My friends were shocked when they heard the ingredient list and we had a whole guessing game trying to figure out the calories per serving. One of my friends is diabetic, and she was so happy to have something she could enjoy without feeling guilty (still had to be careful, but it was nice for her to have an option).

    Overall, IconiCakes nailed the taste and the experience for me — easy mixes that feel indulgent but don’t leave you feeling too heavy afterward. The portion sizes are fantastic as it means I do not need to make 12-24 cupcakes, but only what I need -- and, I can combine the mixes to make full cakes or layered cakes. I’m already planning my next baking night. 🍰

    Everyone loved them

    everyone loved the red velvet ! So far, out of the three, red velvet wins :) I made a vegan icing since I had vegan friends coming over. Tonight will be the cream cheese icing :P Glad, I stocked up on these !
